How to Purchase Firearms in NH

Like all NH Hunting Shops, Merrimack Firearms adheres to all local, state and federal rules and regulations for firearm sales & purchases. Simply come in to the shop with proper ID, select a gun that suites your needs and fill out a federally mandated firearms transaction record, ATF Form 4473. Steve or a member of his staff will complete the process by contacting either the NH State Police for handguns or the FBI NICS operations for rifles and shotguns. When you are approved the transaction is complete and you walk away with your new gun. If you want to obtain a concealed carry pistol/revolver license, you must go to your local police department to apply for a permit and they will assist you in that process.
